A half moon-pigtail for locking the top half of the stack pin to the frame or safety rail. Also use for locking wheels to tower. Slide it in and drop it and the half moon will hold the pin from slipping out. This secures the pieces or tower together. The PigTail can also be used to secure casters or leveling jacks to the bottom of a set of scaffold.
